If you are requesting a scholarship to be able to attend camp, please follow these steps.

1) Print         Scholarship Request

2) Fill out Scholarship Request form and a registration form (1 form only)

3) Make copies of completed forms.

4) Mail or Fax forms to the Ventura address provided.

5) Bring in or mail completed Day Camp registration forms (all 4) and copy of scholarship request to the Day Camp registrar: Kyra G here in Simi.
